Garage Equipment Service (Pty) Ltd was established in SOUTH AFRICA in 1938. The company imports, manufactures, assembles, sells and maintains a wide range of workshop and automotive equipment for the oil, transport, motor, mining, and construction industries.
Garage Equipment Service is committed to the development of our country and through it’s long history and dedicated team, is flexible enough to meet the changing needs of it’s customers, whilst never compromising the quality, service, safety or the environment. The group operates in sub-Saharan Africa with three wholly owned offices, and several appointed agents in outlying areas. Head Office is situated in Johannesburg with branches in Durban (opened in 1972), and Cape Town (opened in 1973). Each operation has full sales, spare parts, workshops and field service facilities, servicing all corners of South Africa. The group currently employs in about 50 people countrywide.
